We used Premium Bus Services to get us from Cameron Park to Sydney airport and back. Michelle could not have been more helpful and was extremely accommodating when we had to change arrangements and go at a difficult hour. Very cheerful, very punctual and very safe. For the trip home, our flight got cancelled the day before we were to come home, and I had to contact Michelle to tell her we would be back a day late. While she was already booked, she found us a replacement transfer home quickly. So helpful at a stressful time. I could not recommend Michelle and Premium Bus Services highly enough.
We used premium bus service to take us to our cruise recently. Even when the cruise was late due to a medical emergency they changed their plans to accommodate. We had a 5 year old travelling with us and they even kept hold of the car seat we needed while we were away to ensure we had it on the way back. Will definitely use them for our next trip.
